The Rangeley Lakes Region offers four seasons of activity :

Spring.... trout and salmon fishing, fly fishing, canoeing, kayaking, bird watching or seeing nature come alive with greenery!
Summer...... vacation! Boating, fishing, fly fishing, swimming, water sports, tennis, basketball, golf, hiking, biking, relaxing, picnicking, sight-seeing, spectacular views, wildlife and moose watching are just some of the attractions.
Fall....watching the mountains blossom into full color! Photo taking, kayaking and canoeing, Maine guides, hunting or a hike on one of the many trails are also very enjoyable.
Winter....cross-country or downhill skiing, snowboarding, dog sled racing, snowshoeing and snowmobiling (WE HAVE DIRECT LAKE ACCESS TO SNOWMOBILE TRAILS) are just a few of the winter sports available.

Cancellation Policy:

We will be happy to cancel your reservations as long as we receive at least 14 days notice before your scheduled arrival. If your room is canceled with less than a 14 day notice your credit card will be charged unless we are able to re-rent your room. NO REFUNDS GIVEN WITH LESS THAN A 72 HOUR NOTICE OF CANCELLATION. You are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival and departure dates.
